First-time users with a Common Access Card(CAC), please click CAC Log In below, and select your e-mail certificate.
If you have an existing CLO-exception account, but do not remember your password or user name,
click Reset My Password and enter your entire email in the box, then click Submit.
To request a SECNAV Portal account, click Request An Account.
